Dana Davina - Miss April
Hi ladies, I absolutely adore this journey and I am excited and grateful to be celebrated by My Girl Life. I began my journey as a two spirit in February, 2023 and it's been a roller coaster ever since. I've loved the experiences, friendships and lessons I've gone through
and feel I'm living my best life. The following are the top reasons that make up my WHY on this journey. Enjoy!
2 Spirit
Dana is a feminine representation of my spirit. She isn't much different than my male self but she does receive different treatment. That makes a girl feel special and becomes intoxicating and addictive. I love to use the term two-spirit. Crossdresser seems outdated and misogynistic because if we are being honest more women dress masculine than the opposite in public and we don't use the word for them. Two spirits speaks positively to our energy and our journey. I also believe my physical body was meant to thrive in both and enjoy showing skin and curves, muscles and seduction in both.
Connection
The most meaningful part of this journey has been the connections I have made with so many beautiful, authentic souls. I think being Dana demonstrates my vulnerability and it is reciprocated easier by other humans leading to deeper conversations and relationships. For most of my life I didn't prioritize friends but in the past 3.5 years since Dana became, friendships have become a priority in my life. People are helping me to grow and evolve and I feel blessed to support my dear friends in return.
Fashion
I have always adored fashion, style, seduction and pushing boundaries. The human form is beautiful and as a fitness and sports coach I've taken good care of my body, my temple and love showing it. Let's be honest though, women's fashion is so much more fun, varied and creative than men's. As Dana, I get to express so many different looks and will rarely repeat a look. I want to walk in public to any environment and own the spotlight.
Pushing Boundries
Everyone has their opinion on what it means to be the feminine Devine. To me, it's in the word. I want to be the sexiest, most seductive woman I can be and absolutely love lingerie shoots, sensual looks and takes, provocative bikinis and generally pushing my limits. I've even worn these looks in public and refuse to acknowledge the fashion police. Let 'em shake and stir.
