Hey everyone! It is such an incredible time to be part of the My Girl Life Podcast family. I’m still pinching myself over some of the amazing things that have happened lately. When I started this journey, I just wanted to create a safe, fun, and slightly sassy space for every crossdresser and all the Trans women out there to feel seen and heard. I never expected that the mainstream world would start taking notice in such a big way!

I was recently featured in a beautiful article in Voyager Magazine, and it was such a raw and heartfelt experience to share my story with them. In the piece, we explored the complexities of how crossdressing is so much more than just what we wear; it’s about authenticity, community, and finding the courage to be yourself in a world that doesn’t always understand. We talked about the core mission of the My Girl Life Podcast: to uplift our community and provide a candid look at our unique lives. Seeing our message of empowerment in a publication like Voyager really reflects how much progress we are making together.

But the excitement didn’t stop there! I am beyond honored and honestly a little bit misty-eyed to share that I was named the "Do-Gooder of the Week" by FOX31 Denver. Getting recognized for my community contributions was such a "pinch-me" moment. The segment highlighted how we’re working to create a supportive network and give back to the people who make this community so vibrant. It’s not just about the episodes we record in the studio; it’s about the real-life connections we build every single day.

Winning that award isn't just a win for me, Maddie Taylor: it’s a win for all of us. It shows that the work we are doing to support Trans women and those of us who love crossdressing is being recognized as a genuine, positive force. From our hilarious "Tuck 'n Tell" segments to our deep, vulnerable dives into personal growth, we are building something truly special.
